SHIPPING POLICY
Customers can choose between standard shipping, which typically takes 1-4 days after fulfillment. Shipping rates are flat rate based on quantity of items: 1 item: $4.70, 2-3 items: $6.90, and 4 or more items: $9.20
Please note that fulfillment may take 5-10 days for catalog items, with an additional 3-5 days for special orders. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time; except for APO/FPO. Thank you for your understanding
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact us if you have any issues with your product(s) or anything else on the order. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received; returns must be received no later than 30 days after receipt. Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 must be returned by January 31. A pre-paid postage label will be emailed to address included in the claim; please allow up to 7 days for return. For exchanges, replacement item will be shipped within 4 days of receipt of original item and payment of any additional costs.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Note - If an address that is considered insufficient by the courier is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
